It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the ”Second Workshop on Complex Dynamical Systems and Their Applications” which will be held in Işık University, İstanbul, Turkey, from October 24th to 26th, 2013.
The workshop will focus on two main topics this year as follows:

• Cellular Neural Networks
• Control of Complex Systems

In each day of the workshop, there will be invited speakers, which will present their insight and experience on the topics. Furthermore, there will be lectures for undergraduate/graduate students. This workshop also includes contributed talks for each topics. It has been our pleasure to organize this workshop, and we will be grateful for your attendance. We hope that it will serve a source of new ideas for future research in this growing area..
